OUR CHALLENGE
Talley Rents wanted more time for sales activities and customer relationships. Finding a solution to meet the requirements of increased rental sales, decreased overhead and reduced customer delinquencies became an opportunity for technology partner, High Touch.
THE HIGH TOUCH SOLUTION
Providing an integrated solution for Talley Rents was High Touch’s first objective. High Touch’s PRO/Store system already provided the company with the foundation for tracking on-screen collection calls. By developing AutoQue, an integrated voice messaging delivery system, High Touch was able to help the company build strong customer relations without requiring extensive manual intervention and administration.
AutoQue copies customer information from PRO/Store and filters the information into a database file and allows the company to call customers with a prerecorded message based on defined criteria, eliminating the need for store personnel to make live payment calls and send payment reminder letters. Talley Rents has seen an increase in rentals since they added AutoQue to their suite of PRO/Store features.
PROVEN RESULTS
Store personnel have more time for sales activities and customer relationships.Talley Rents has seen an increase in sales and a decrease in labor costs and delinquencies.The integrated system allows AutoQue to call customers based on defined criteria pulled from the PRO/Store application.
