Case #192: Streamlining processes through custom solutions

Client: Office Products Recycling Associates 

OUR CHALLENGE
Office Products Recycling Associates (OPRA) is an inkjet/toner cartridge and cell phone recycling brokerage company. Global Re-Source Funding (GRF) is an end-user collection program, created by OPRA that schools, churches, small businesses and non-profits use as a fund-raising program.

Their web site was primarily static and changes or additions to the site had to be taken to resources outside their company. Due to the nature of their business, changes and additions were frequently required leading to additional costs, as well as delays in making necessary changes to the content and appearance. OPRA needed a solution that would allow them to make timely changes and lower their costs while allowing vendors to print shipping labels for GRF. 

THE HIGH TOUCH SOLUTION
High Touch developed a web site solution for OPRA by implementing a Content Management System (CMS). High Touch answered their unique needs by giving them the freedom to style text as they would like it to appear on their site. Also by programming a custom online label feature for employees, processes improved resulting in efficiencies and employee convenience.
