Our Managed Printing Service (MPS) not only provides a discount on toner, but also provides an added convenience to you by proactively monitoring your laser printer(s). Based on monitoring, High Touch automatically ships replacement toner cartridges once the toner drops below a predetermined level. In the event that your laser printer needs service, High Touch will also arrange for a certified technician to arrive. Laser printers include - but are not limited to - hp, Lexmark and Ricoh.
